Chip Guard
The chip guard attaches to the headstock and swings down to cover the faceplate or chuck. Made from durable, clear polycarbonate, it provides visibility while protecting you from flying chips. It swings up easily for setup changes and is intended as a supplementary safety feature, but not a replacement for safety glasses. In addition to added protection, it helps contain chips and keeps your workspace cleaner. If you’re machining in shared spaces, this accessory will be especially appreciated.

Super Lube is dielectric, water-resistant, non-staining, and classified as a USDA H-1 food-grade lubricant. It performs reliably across a broad temperature range of –45°F to 450°F and will not run, drip, dry out, melt, separate, or form gummy residues.
Recommended applications include leadscrews, behind handwheels where they contact thrust surfaces, dovetails on lathes and mills, as well as gears, hinges, and bearings.
